Located on the third floor of the remarkable Art Deco building known as Florin Court, this studio flat has become a point of interest for fans of the show and architecture enthusiasts alike.

Constructed in 1936, Florin Court is situated in the heart of London, specifically on Charterhouse Square, and boasts a distinctive curved design that has made it a recognizable landmark. The building, which is Grade II-listed, features nine floors and a total of 120 flats. Residents can enjoy various amenities including a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and communal lounge, all of which were considered luxurious additions when the building was completed.

The flat itself measures just 209 sq ft (approximately 19.4 sq m), making it a compact studio space. It includes a combined bedroom and living area, a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom. The auction for this flat is being conducted by Auction House, with viewings having taken place on August 1 and August 5. The property is currently held under a 999-year lease that began on April 1, 2017, leaving approximately 991 years remaining. It is also noted to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of C.
