“Music & Hills Festival Aims to Spotlight Local Bands”

The newly launched Music & Hills Festival is set to become a vibrant platform for local bands in Montenegro. The festival, which combines the love of hiking with live music, aims to showcase homegrown talent while promoting the stunning natural landscapes of the region.
Organizers Jokanovic and his partner, both seasoned hikers and musicians, drew inspiration from Montenegro’s breathtaking scenery. “It was not difficult to merge hiking and music, as we are both passionate about these elements that always inspire us in the untouched nature of Montenegro,” Jokanovic shared.
The festival is designed to attract both music enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers, creating a unique experience where attendees can explore the beautiful hills while enjoying performances from local artists. This initiative not only aims to elevate the profile of local musicians but also to encourage tourism in the area.
With a diverse lineup of local bands, the festival will feature various genres, ensuring there is something for everyone. The organizers believe that by integrating music with the region’s natural beauty, they can create a memorable atmosphere that resonates with both locals and visitors alike.
In addition to live music, the festival will offer guided hikes, workshops, and opportunities for attendees to connect with the artists. This multifaceted approach aims to foster a sense of community and appreciation for the local culture.
As preparations for the inaugural event continue, the team is optimistic about the potential impact of the festival. They see it as an opportunity not only to promote musical talent but also to highlight the importance of preserving the natural environment that inspires their work.
The Music & Hills Festival represents a fresh approach to cultural events in Montenegro, merging art and nature in a way that celebrates both. With the event set to take place later this year, anticipation is building among local bands and outdoor enthusiasts eager to participate in this innovative celebration of music and the great outdoors.
