Simpson follows Pasternak’s Body Reset Diet, which focuses on balanced meals that include protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Her meals feature flavorful, healthier versions of comfort foods, such as tortilla soup or Tex-Mex dishes. Pasternak advised that if she has social events like a birthday party or a date night, she can indulge, but the key is to maintain balance without feeling deprived.
