The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society has reported the death of Mohammed Hussein Ghawadra, a 63-year-old detainee, while in the custody of Israeli authorities. Ghawadra passed away today after being held since August 2024 and allegedly denied critical medical treatment for chronic illnesses. He is also the father of Shadi Ghawadra, who was released earlier this year and exiled to Egypt as part of a prisoner exchange with Hamas.
