Blondshell Joins Weezer for Live Performance at When We Were Young

Blondshell made a notable appearance alongside Weezer during their performance at the When We Were Young festival on October 18, 2025, held at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. In addition to their touring efforts, Weezer is working on a film inspired by their journey, described as a blend of “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World” and “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story.” Initial speculation suggested that actor Jack Black might be involved, although the band later clarified that he would not participate. Notably, Keanu Reeves is believed to be part of the project.

On the other side, Blondshell recently released her second album, “If You Asked For A Picture,” in May, which received acclaim from critics, including being recognized by NME as one of the best albums of 2025 thus far. She is set to release a companion album titled “Another Picture” on November 14, featuring new songs and covers from various artists.
