Scarlett Moffatt has expressed her overwhelming joy after being announced as the first celebrity contestant for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special, a revelation that left her in tears. And the fact that my little boy, Jude, gets to then watch his mam is just so exciting,” she remarked.

This year’s Christmas special will feature six couples competing for the title of Strictly Christmas Champion.
