Bangor Man Launches Aspray Franchise to Support Belfast North
Aspray, a property damage claims management company based in England, has officially expanded its operations into Belfast with the establishment of a new franchise in Belfast North. Ian Campbell, a Bangor native, has returned from the United Arab Emirates to lead this initiative after spending the past 12 years in the education sector.
Campbell, accompanied by his wife and family, expressed his commitment to the local community. He stated, “I’m here to look after the people of Belfast North, making sure policyholders feel supported, cared for, and never left to face the stress of claims alone.” His aim is clear: to alleviate the burden of property claims for residents in the area.
New Role and Training
Recently completing training at Aspray’s head office, Campbell has acquired essential technical knowledge and claims handling expertise. This training equips him with the practical skills necessary to guide policyholders through the often complex property damage claims process.
With a focus on customer support, Campbell aims to ensure that clients do not navigate their claims in isolation. He underlined the importance of providing a reassuring presence during what can be a stressful time for many. His goal is to take the worry off clients’ shoulders while working towards a successful resolution of their claims.
Aspray’s expansion into Belfast North is part of a broader strategy to enhance its presence across the UK, offering dedicated support for those affected by property damage. The franchise seeks to establish a network of support for policyholders, ensuring they receive the guidance and assistance needed during the claims process.
Campbell’s return to Northern Ireland marks a significant personal and professional journey. He is eager to contribute positively to his hometown and is committed to making a difference in the local community.
Through this new franchise, Aspray aims to enhance its reputation as a trusted partner in the claims management sector, providing the necessary support for property owners in Belfast North. As the franchise grows, Campbell looks forward to being a key player in offering peace of mind to policyholders in the region.
