The Devon concert is a highlight in a series of high-profile performances for Swims, which include appearances at major festivals such as the Isle of Wight Festival, Belsonic in Belfast, and Glasgow Summer Sessions. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Swims has quickly gained recognition for his emotionally charged vocals and versatile musical style. His debut album, I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 1), propelled him to international fame, with “Lose Control” reaching the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and accumulating over four billion streams.
Swims has continued to build on this success with his follow-up album, which features hits like “Bad Dreams” and “Are You Even Real,” along with collaborations with artists such as GIVĒON, Muni Long, Coco Jones, and GloRilla. To date, he has amassed over 12 billion streams across his musical catalog.
Excitement Builds for Live at Powderham
In recognition of his rapid rise, Swims received a nomination for Best New Artist at the 2025 Grammy Awards, along with multiple accolades from the BET and Billboard Music Awards. The 2026 edition of Live at Powderham will also feature two headline shows by fellow artist Lewis Capaldi on June 27 and June 28, with more artists set to be announced.
Promoter Oli Mason of Live Nation expressed enthusiasm about bringing these international talents to the region. “We’re delighted to be bringing these fantastic international artists to the region, and the addition of Teddy to the line-up for Live At Powderham 2026 is massive! His last UK arena tour sold out in minutes, so we’re expecting demand to be very high for what will be an incredible show,” Mason stated.
With a renewed vision for the venue, enhanced transport options, and an improved fan experience planned for 2026, the event promises to offer a memorable experience for attendees.
