Lotto Jackpot Reaches £5 Million After Saturday Draw Fails
The National Lottery has announced that Wednesday’s Lotto jackpot is estimated at £5 million after no player won the top prize in the Saturday draw held on October 7, 2023. The winning numbers for that draw were 06, 10, 19, 20, 43, and 59, with a bonus number of 16. Unfortunately, no ticket holder matched all six numbers, leaving the top prize unclaimed.
In the same draw, three ticket holders matched five out of six numbers, each winning £1 million. The Lotto HotPicks, which operates using the same numbers, also saw no players match all five numbers to secure the £350,000 top prize. However, ten players did match four out of five numbers, earning £13,000 each.
The Thunderball draw held on the same evening also did not yield a jackpot winner. The winning Thunderball numbers were 07, 18, 24, 28, 31, with the Thunderball number being 08. Again, no player managed to match five numbers plus the Thunderball to win the £500,000 prize.
The absence of winners in these draws means that the Lotto jackpot has grown to a substantial amount, capturing the attention of hopeful players ahead of Wednesday’s drawing. With the potential for significant life-changing winnings, interest in the upcoming draw is expected to surge as participants look to try their luck at claiming the £5 million prize.
As the excitement builds, players are reminded to check their tickets carefully and participate responsibly. The National Lottery continues to encourage participation while promoting responsible gaming practices.
