Childs spent 15 days on holiday, during which she openly admitted to enjoying pizza and “fry ups” nearly every day, along with prosecco for breakfast. After receiving backlash regarding her changing physique, she vowed to work out three times a week, consume healthier meals, and drink three litres of water daily.

In a series of posts on her Instagram Stories, Childs provided a glimpse into her rigorous workout routine. She began with an uphill walk on a treadmill, sharing that she completed 30 minutes of walking, followed by 15 minutes of light jogging and 10 minutes of running. She documented the time of her workout, which she commenced at 12:47 PM, emphasizing her dedication to fitness.

Following her cardio session, Childs moved on to strength training, performing overhead presses with dumbbells. Quick clips showed her taking short breaks between sets as she focused on enhancing her strength. To conclude her workout, she shared a photo of her post-exercise meal, which consisted of a slow-cooked stew made with chicken, potatoes, and carrots. She humorously noted her cooking technique: “Throw everything into the slow cooker,” and rated the dish a 10/10 despite the presentation not being perfect.
