Wagamama to Offer 1,000 Free Meals for Belfast Reopening
Asian restaurant chain Wagamama is set to reopen its Belfast location in Victoria Square on October 22, 2023, and is celebrating the occasion by offering 1,000 free meals. This initiative aims to provide local customers an exclusive first taste of the refreshed menu before its official launch.
To participate in this limited-time offer, individuals can sign up for complimentary tasting events. Interested customers are encouraged to secure a spot quickly, as the opportunity is expected to attract significant interest.
New Menu Highlights and Family Options
The revamped menu will introduce several exciting options, including a new kids’ bento box designed for children under 12. This meal allows young diners to create their own dishes, selecting from a choice of main components, rice or noodles, vegetables, and sauces, accompanied by gyoza and prawn crackers.
New savoury baos will also debut, featuring flavours such as Korean fried chicken and tonkatsu pork. Alongside these new additions, popular dishes will return, including upgraded classics like Korean barbecue brisket and hoisin pulled duck.
Kelan O’Reilly, Territory Manager for Wagamama Northern Ireland, expressed enthusiasm about the reopening, stating, “We’re thrilled to welcome Wagamama back to Belfast, offering the iconic dishes fans love along with exciting new additions.” He highlighted the restaurant’s commitment to providing “fresh flavours, speedy service, and the unique Wagamama atmosphere” that patrons have missed.
Signature Dishes and Dessert Innovations
For those with a sweet tooth, the menu will introduce innovative dessert baos. Additionally, comforting mains such as the rich gochujang pork belly ramen and hearty katsu udon will be available, allowing for customization or vegan options.
Classic offerings like the legendary katsu curry, fresh chili chicken ramen, and delicious yaki soba will also be part of the menu, all prepared fresh to order.
The reopening of Wagamama in Belfast is anticipated to be well-received, with the restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere and diverse culinary offerings back on the local dining scene.
To stay updated on local events and offerings, followers can engage with Belfast Live Social on TikTok, which will feature food reviews and announcements relevant to Northern Ireland.
