Vicky Pattison, known for her appearances on *Geordie Shore* and as a former winner of *I’m A Celebrity*, has candidly shared her emotional struggles ahead of the upcoming series of *Strictly Come Dancing*. During a recent episode of her podcast, *Get A Grip*, co-hosted with Angela Scanlon, Pattison described experiencing a “mini-breakdown” due to an “unrelenting” schedule as she prepares for the competition.

Facing Pressures Before the Show

The *Strictly Come Dancing* lineup features a range of celebrities, including Dani Dyer, former footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, television presenter Ross King, and *Neighbours* star Stefan Dennis. As the competition approaches, Pattison has expressed feelings of being overwhelmed, revealing that she has not felt like herself lately and that her schedule has left her feeling disoriented.

After returning from a family holiday, Pattison described a particularly intense week that led her to seek therapy once again. She stated, “All this can’t go on. I feel like I’ve just been walking around in this haze for so long pretending to be happy and all the rest of it and I’m not, so I went back to therapy.” Her openness about this difficult period resonates with many who face similar pressures in high-profile environments.

Support and Recovery

Pattison further revealed that she has been receiving support from the Speakmans, therapists featured on ITV’s *This Morning*. She recalled a session where she “pretty much cried for three hours straight,” highlighting the emotional toll of her current situation.

With just over three weeks remaining until the first live show of *Strictly Come Dancing*, Pattison has also been dealing with physical challenges, including pain following a recent training session. This season, beloved co-hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will return, along with a judging panel that includes Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas, and Anton Du Beke.

The professional dancer lineup was announced earlier this year, featuring familiar faces such as Nadiya Bychkova, Gorka Marquez, Amy Dowden, and Dianne Buswell, alongside newcomers like Julian Caillon from *Dancing With The Stars* in Australia and *So You Think You Can Dance* champion Alexis Warr.

In a moment of excitement, Pattison recently shared on Instagram that she has discovered her dance partner’s identity. She expressed her joy, writing, “THE HAPPIEST LITTLE EGG BECAUSE I HAVE FINALLY GOT A DANCE PARTNER…. I can’t say anything else or the BBC will have my head but I’m so happy!!!!!” Her enthusiasm has sparked eagerness among her followers, with many commenting on their excitement for her upcoming performances.

Pattison’s journey illustrates the pressures faced by individuals in the spotlight and the importance of seeking support during challenging times. With the competition fast approaching, fans are rallying behind her, eagerly anticipating her debut on the dance floor.
