Police Identify Victim and Suspect in Wolverhampton Shooting

West Midlands Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in Wolverhampton as Duaine Mills, aged 28. The incident occurred on September 19, 2023, shortly after 3:10 a.m. in the Whitmore Reans area, specifically on Leicester Street.
