Matthew Scramm, 44, without a fixed address, was found guilty of stealing clothes and handbags during seven separate incidents between June and September 2023. His sentencing took place at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on October 9, 2023.

The thefts occurred at the TK Maxx located in the Sinclair Retail Park, where Scramm was arrested on October 7 by officers from the Pershore and Evesham police teams. Following his arrest, he was charged and promptly appeared in court.
