Burger King Revives Big King Burger After Five-Year Hiatus
Burger King has officially announced the return of its iconic burger, the Big King, after a five-year absence from its menu. This highly anticipated comeback comes in response to persistent fan requests, with the burger last available in 2018. Launching on November 11, 2023, the Big King is set to be featured for a limited time, coinciding with the festive season.
The Big King is known for its distinctive flavor profile, which includes a double-stack of flame-grilled beef, melted American cheese, a toasted sesame bun, and the fast-food chain’s signature pickled Big King sauce. As part of this revival, Burger King is also introducing the Big King Double Royale, enhancing the offering for burger enthusiasts.
To celebrate the return, Burger King is providing a special promotion: customers can buy one Big King Double Royale and receive a second one for free. This limited-time offer is available through the Burger King app from November 11 to November 13, 2023.
In addition to the Big King, Burger King is expanding its dessert menu with new items such as the Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake and Gooey Salted Caramel Cheesecake, aiming to cater to a broader range of tastes during the holiday season.
The decision to bring back the Big King reflects Burger King’s commitment to responding to consumer demand, as the chain has recently explored innovative menu options, including a trio of fan-made burgers. This strategy aims to engage customers and enhance their dining experience.
With the festive season approaching, the return of the Big King is likely to attract both loyal fans and new customers to Burger King locations, as the brand continues to adapt its offerings to meet consumer preferences.
