Fantasy Life i Launches Exciting Free DLC with Major Updates

On December 24, 2025, Level-5 released the highly anticipated free downloadable content (DLC) for its game, Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time. This update, designated as version 2.0.0, introduces a new area called Snoozaland and includes a variety of enhancements aimed at enriching the player experience.

The DLC is now accessible for both the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, marking a significant expansion for players who have reached Chapter 3 in the game. Among the most notable features are five new mounts, a range of new items and weapons, and various customization options. Players will also see an increase in the damage cap, allowing for more powerful gameplay, and a rise in the number of houses that can be built at their home base.

The update also introduces an innovative polishing feature that unlocks once Don’s Dreamy Deals in Snoozaland reaches Shop Rank 3 or higher. This allows players to enhance tools crafted by a Blacksmith, Carpenter, or Alchemist, provided they have reached Life Rank Fledgling or above.

Key Features and Adjustments

In addition to new content, the patch includes several quality-of-life adjustments. One significant change allows players to modify their avatar’s equipment directly from the Crafting Settings screen while using the Workbench. There is also a new indicator that displays the name of the selected item when opening the Bag, improving overall usability.

Further adjustments were made to enhance clarity during gameplay. The Cross-Save dialog now clearly indicates which save data will be overwritten, and a “Give Up” button guide has been added for crafting minigames. The update also features an enhanced indicator for Charge Attacks and other actions, ensuring players have a better understanding of their abilities.

Moreover, players can now enjoy a Destination Change Shortcut in the Multiplayer Lobby. This allows for quick adjustments by the host while preparing for multiplayer sessions.
