Mekalister Affirms Support for Montenegro’s EU Membership Path

David Mekalister, the chair of the European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs, reaffirmed the European Union’s commitment to Montenegro’s path towards membership during a recent visit to Podgorica. The emphasis must be on reforming core issues, including judicial reforms and a robust judicial response to crime and corruption,” he added.
